Zarina Rahmatova – Coordinator of AMFOT Training Center
Education:
Tajik State National University, Faculty of Planning and Economy, Diploma of Economist.
Institute of Tax and Law, Faculty of Law, Diploma of Lawyer.
Work experience:
1991-1998 Economist, Planning Department of Production Association “Hydro construction materials”.
1998-2004 Tax inspection of Hissor district.
2004-2007: Assistant Department of Tax and Taxation, Institute of Economy of Tajikistan.
2007 - to present time: Assistant, Finance Department, Tajik State National University.
2007 - to present time: Business – Trainer Consultant for GTZ/AMFOT.
2008 to present time: Coordinator of AMFOT training center
Responsibilities within AMFOT:
-Organization and conduction of trainings, seminars, consulting, round tables and other training activities according to the Annual Plan of Trainings and current applications of partners in accordance with developed procedures;
-Creation and development of general plan of trainings for the year (Dushanbe, Khatlon, Sogd, for  all donors and executors);
- Study of needs and demands of AMFOT members in trainings and consultations;
- Activity coordination of trainers’ team of AMFOT/GTZ;

 Natalya Safarova – Senior Accountant of AMFOT
Education:

Responsibilities within AMFOT:
- Implementation and organization of accounting of economic and financial activity of association according to the accounting policy of association;
- Together with Executive Director of AMFOT, development of accounting policy of association, preparation and control of budgets, calculation of estimates and other financial documents of association, processing of cash and bank operations in “1C: Accounting” software, preparation of reports on monthly basis:
- Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Budget of Expenses (planned and actual expenses)

Shuhrat Shohrahmonov – Lawyer of AMFOT
Education:
Tajik State National University, Faculty of Law, Diploma of Lawyer.
Work experience:
2002-2005: Ministry of Justice of RT;
2005-2008: Projects of USAID, ADB, OJSC “Bank Eskhata".
Responsibilities within AMFOT:
-Provision of services and consultations of lawyer for AMFOT.
- Activity formation and coordination of working groups of AMFOT.
-Lobbying of proposals, developed by working groups.
-Preparation of documents and legal conclusions.

Erika Burkle –CIM Expert of AMFOT 
Education:
- University of Bohn (Master degree).
- University of London (UCL) as a sociologist with regional specialization on countries of former Soviet Union (Master degree and a postgraduate student for PhD.); delivered lectures on “Political economy in Russia”.
- Correspondence courses for a Banking expert in Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany.
Work experience:
Since February 2008, Member of Committee of Experts of Global Public Policy Institute (GPPI) in Germany.
Since October 2008, CIM Expert on development of AMFOT

Responsibilities within AMFOT:  
Collaboration with strategic partners of AMFOT:
*Development of new subject projects;
*Fundraising;
*Collaboration with new partners and other international organizations
- Development and conduction of different researches on topical issues of sector, including evaluation of AMFOT members’ needs and strategic development of Association.
- Development of new products and services for AMFOT members;
*Development, piloting and implementation of new products and services through *Microfinance Resource Center (MFRC);
*Exchange of experience with the purpose to inform a microfinance sector of Tajikistan and especially AMFOT members.
- Collaboration with target groups of AMFOT and its international partners with the purpose of marketing of Association’s services.
- Support of AMFOT in development of marketing materials;
- Participation in conferences and other events with the purpose to inform target groups about activity of Association.

Nigina Jumaeva – Office Manager of AMFOT
Education:

Responsibility within AMFOT:

- Organization and conduction of regional meetings with members of Association in Sogd region;
- Sustainable functioning of system of exchange lists of borrowers in Sogd region

Mohiniso Sharipova – Representative of AMFOT in Khatlon region

2008 to present time: Representative of AMFOT in Khatlon region

 Balkhiyor Zamirov – Representative of AMFOT in GBAO

1991-1993: Director of Consumer Services Center of Rushan district.
2005-2006: Chairman of Committee of Economic Foreign Relations in GBAO.
2008-2009: Deputy Director of MLF “Madina”.
